Hey together,
i have an strange problem with tracking on a motorised slider.

If i want to track a subject in a half circle while i draw a frame on it via the app, everthing is fine until the slider stops at the end.
I thought that the tracking also stops while the movement ist over and everything stands still, but that is not the case and the tracking goes on some seconds.

That is very bad if you want to make a professional product shot.
Did anyone know while i run into this trouble?

I also check out the tracking speed, the framesize and everything else, but nothing would help.
Actually i had considered buying the extension set for 500€ in order to be able to use the slider better, but if there is no solution, i can leave it alone.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks and regard

Hello, i have created a short video so that you can see what i mean.
Can someone figure it out, why it is so and what i can do against it?

If this cannot be fix, tracking is very limited i thought.
Hello DJI, can you help me with that?

Hi, I thinks the deadweight amount  is too large. try to lower it. I did it also with a motorized slider and it was ok

Hello and thanks.
I phoned the German support and they said that there was nothing that could be done about this, because the gimbal needs a certain oscillating mass to be able to track it at all and this mass then draws something in the end. I have zeroed everything that can be set, but to no avail. But I really can't imagine that you can't turn this off, because I have to say that you can't really use the whole tracking function at all and you would always have to cut out the beginning and end of the scene.
Thanks and regards
