Let me ask you something, when you take-off from inside the vehicle doesn't the aircraft Mini 2 requires you to do a compass calibration before?
Because in my case always does. And I have to go out of the car and perform the calibration outside.

Thanks...Yes it does; however, sometimes it doesn't require me to do one.  But that day I had to do a calibration so I did it outside the car then came back inside.  It was good from there for the safety check and launch.  But I may have just been lucky that day.

I made something similar piloting From the 4x4 , the mini 2 behaviour was excellent,, btw the chasing is manual, Mini 2 hasnt follow me like you know-how, check it Out

I basically only fly from inside the car during cold Winter months.  It asked for compass calibration often. I ignore (do it at your own risk) it now since the app allowed me to take off. I open the sunroof halfway and put the drone on top of the sunroof.  Close sunroof and land it on the sunroof. Just make sure it land near the centre just in case it slides off  the car roof.

I love your daring attitude, but would not try to do this myself. Not yet anyway, until i get more familear with my new drone. Good on you and love the shots..

I love the versatility of this drone. I haven't done a hand-launch yet (out of fear, ha), but this has inspired me a bit more - so thanks!

So here's a dumb question...how do you get the drone overlay to record as part of the video?

Chad B. Something I really enjoyed, and nice scenery.  I would be always alert to any police wanting to know what I was there doing.   
As noted the clouds in the pond were eye catching.  Thanks for sharing.  I am going to give it a try - some day
