Hello there, we just checked with the repair center and confirmed the missing adapter was not sent back to you. Please accept our apology. You can send the remote controller back to us for remounting the missing part or we can also send you the missing item if you can mount it by yourself. Please let us know which one you prefer, we will arrange accordingly.

I will remount myself sounds like that will be faster unless you would send a remote mounted and I can send u a remote back

Hi Wanda, so my case number is CAS-6227384-C9W5D2. They are looking at the damage on the drone now. I contacted the support team per your instructions and had to explain the situation to her about 4 times about the HDMI adapter I hope she noted the correct way, but I was hoping you could reach out to them to confirm the install
