Past 4 months my DJI Mavic air is just lying in the box because of two errors which doesn't allow my drone to fly more than 4.5 meters in height.
Problem
1) Weak Mobile Device GPS Signal. Cannot Acquire Location Info
Looks like the GPS is turned off, & the satellite is turned off as well, unable to set home point
2) Maximum flight altitude reached, adjust altitude in mc settings if required.
I get this error the moment my drone reaches just 4.5 meters above ground & won't go any further.

Solutions I have already tried:
Factory reset
Update drone & remote & app
adjust altitude meters, increase the maximum flight altitude

none of the above worked

Hi, fans982dffe9. Thanks for reaching out and posting your concern. Please check if the problem would continue after moving in an open environment with less interference. You can also change the channel manually or switch to 5.8 GHz to reduce the interference.
