Go get the mini 2 for that price. You'll be getting occusync so less interference and more range, and also level 5 wind resistance for that price.

As for the link you shared (a floater for the mini), I don't really recommend them since they add weight and drag to the drone. The only time it would help is if you intentionally fly close to the water, which I advise against unless you are trained enough to do so.

DJI Mini 2 is a great beginner drone.  I would definitely get the Fly More Combo, more batteries, etc.  

IF you don't mind a used one, you can get Mavic Air 2 for around $600+
