Apologies if this is a daft newbie question.
I got my new (to me) Mavic Pro today.
Set it up and did a very very quick up and down flight to test.
Everything was fine except that the username showing in the flight log is a generic and I assume random one.
I have tried changing it using the pencil icon (edit) but it just reverts back.
How do I change this? I would have thought it would automatically be me when I log on.

Did you ever correct this?

No. I’ve tried everything I can think of.

That is what I have been trying.
The name changes for about 2 seconds then reverts to the generic one.

Can you check the current version of your DJI GO 4? Also, if you're previously doing that with the aircraft and remote connection, we suggest disconnecting or turn off both the aircraft and remote while updating your name in the DJI GO 4.

I don’t know how to check my version. It’s the latest on iOS.
I have tried whilst connected an disconnected.
I’m going to try setting up a new profile and see what happens.

Same problem here. Latest app, latest iOS

I do have the same issue cant change the Profile Name did all what Keef96 did.
I do also update my IOS to 15.4 but i guess this will do nothing more

Ich hatte das gleiche Problem. Vermutlich ist der von euch gewählte Name bereits vergeben. Ich habe dann einen anderen Namen gewählt und die Änderung hat funktioniert
I had the same problem. The name you chose is probably already taken. I then chose a different name and the change worked
