He comprado un OM 4, solo lo he utilizado 2 veces y ya esta actuando extraño, no se mueve y cuando lo hace, lo realiza por si solo. haciendo moviminetos locos y sin sentido, no estbiliza, no funcionan los botones.

Existe alguna forma de resetearlo.

Thank you for answering, i use a Samsung Galaxy 20,in the videos I show how the Osmo reacts.
1. At the beginning it’s difficult to connect with the device and the green led flashes.
2. When he manages to connect,he reacts with crazy and aggressive movements

The Osmo I have only used it two times and hasn’t been bumped
