With all the DJI auto discharge voltage for the LiPO batteries only set the voltage to around 4.0v - 4.02v, why not 3.8v which is the standard storage voltage for LiPO batteries?

what i tend to do with MP2 and Mini 2 batteries is use them as USB chargers for phones etc and bring them down to 40% or 2 solid bars, which sits them right on 3.8v


So why 3.8v not the discharge storage voltage set by the DJI auto discharge function?
