Is anyone else having trouble watching their videos on a computer?  I tried watching a couple and it says that I need new CODECs for Microsoft Movies and TV program.  Tried playing on Microsoft Media Player, but that does not support any video from the drone.

Looking for any help or what you guys are watching your videos on.

I am running a Lenovo Laptop with Windows 10.

Thank you kindly

Means whatever you using is not "fast" enough to watch. Are you using 4k for filming? I can't get media player to work for me on my old android tablet

Record in H.264 and your computer will probably play the video fine. If you record H.265, you’ll need the HEVC Codec from the Microsoft Store.

Also suggest trying VLC player to see if your computer can play your content. Did you record video in H264 or H265? H264 is less demanding and typical format used.

Hello there Slazz1032. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. I hope that our fellow DJI co pilots can give out what media player they are using when viewing there captured videos and there recommendation with regards to this matter as well. Thank you.

Thank you all for the responses.  Where do I go to see if I am filming in H264 or H265?  I will also try using the VLC media player.

I will post an update once I find some time to do this.
