I have three dead batteries (for my mavic air) with NO response at all.  

Is there anywhere I can send them to fix in Hong Kong or South China?

Hi Natalia,

I bought four batteries for my Mavic Air in 2019 and 3 of them are dead now.  How long is the warranty period?

The serial numbers of these three dead batteries are:
OK4AF3TA3506NL
OK4AF3RA35367J
OK4AF3TA350CXZ

It costs me too much if I need to purchase another three.  Hope that you can help me to fix them in order to save $.
Please help to check and advise.

Thanks for providing the information. Please check the Warranty Period of Main Parts* from this website: https://www.dji.com/service/policy?site=brandsite&from=nav
We provide 6 months warranty period for the battery. Since your batteries have been out of warranty, you are recommended to deal with them properly. Thanks for your kind understanding.
