New Batteries Authentication Failed

Dear all,

I have just purchased a new Inspire 2 with 2 additional sets of batteries.
I have done all the activations and flew the drone with the set of batteries that were inside the main box.

The other four batteries turn on the drone, recognize all the cells, all serial numbers and production date (12/2020) but it's time to fly it gives an "battery authentication error" and to contact DJI Support.

I have sent the issue to the support but 5-6 days now no response (have included the serial numbers)

Have tried to reverse back firmware, update again with the "faulty" batteries, update the batteries, fully discharge and charge again but the error message remains.

The serials are:

09UAHCV03400ZD
09UAHCV03400H6
09UAHCW0340041
09UAHCW03400N2

Gamora thanks for your quick reply..

By unit you mean the drone or the 4 batteries?

The drone was purchased no more than 2 weeks ago so for sure I am still in the guarantee period.

Sorry for the confusion. Please return only the batteries that are having an authentication problems.

I had similar problem. It was fixed by slightly bending out battery contacts on the battery itself. Do nit touch terminals on Mavic side. Most probably, contacts on the battery went deformed or dirty.
