Just changed my phone from Apple to Samsung s21 and lost my video feed from my mini. All firmware has been updated but no video. I have re-paired to aircraft and reset camera parameters. Tried to fly but camera is not transmitting to my phone (black screen). Any thoughts?

maybe phone issue try reinstalling the app

no luck! takes pictures so I know the camera is good but does not transmit live video to fly.

Same problem with Galaxy S21.
The drone is able to record video and take photos just fine. I can also see the video and images on the memory card. What I can NOT do, is see the live video feed from the drone (Mavic MINI).
I tried reinstalling all the software, checked for firmware updates, pairing the drone again, taking out the memory card. Nothing helps.
The old phone (galaxy s9+) still works. Still streams video.

Just spoke with support. The issue will be resolved in V1.4.2 of the software.
