Hi

I have been using Samsung S21 Ultra for some time and now I cannot get proper video signal from my Mavic 2 Pro drone.

I tried it on another model smartphones and it works just fine but not on my S21 Ultra

I have tried:
- Clearing cache
- Reinstalling DJI GO app
- Other usb Cable
- Changing tranmission frequencies and channels
- Changing camera video modes

nothing has helped so far.

Did you recently update the OS for your S21 Ultra?  If so, that could have caused an incompatibility problem.  I use the S21 Ultra (with a snapdragon processor) but only for Fly App so I can't test on DJI Go App for you. Hope you get the issue resolved soon.

I did update the S21 yesterday and I have frozen video transmission issues.

What DJI suggest to do in this case?

Hopefully, DJI can get with Samsung and work out the issue quickly.  

Just upgraded to Samsung S21 Ultra and now Mavric Mini I can fly but I don't have inflight video feed.  Smart phone screen is black while in flight.

I own a Samsung S21 Ultra 5G - Exynos processor.
Drone: Mavic 2 Zoom.

On the Huawei P30 Pro, it works fine - so, it is clearly an optimization problem.

Same problem with ny mavic 2 pro and my Samsung galaxy s21 ultra..... On my iphone 7 plus work perfect. Try to downgrade the firmware, change cable and everything that you suggested above... Nothing help

No one even deigns to inform us that they are working on the problem. I am disappointed by the lack of response.

I have the same problem with MAVIC 2 PRO and SAMSUNG S21 PLUS so NO VIDEO TRANSMISSION

That's crazy. Every colleagues from my country can't use their Mavic 2 pro with Samsung s21, s21+ and S21 Ultra, maybe should we try with different cable?
When the team of the DJI will admits that the app "DJI go 4" have issue with Samsung s21, s21+ and s21 ultra? I have the problem more that two months and before more than month I sent to DJI team lots of screen shots and videos with the problem and the answer from dji support is on the attached picture



If you check the dji forum, will see lots of post from users that have problem with samsung s21. What needs to happen to update DJI GO 4?

Lots of user use mavic 2 pro for a work like me, I lose lots of paid jobs about the problem with samsung s21. It is unacceptable to oblige us to use phones for more than 4 years.
We know that the mavic 2 pro is old drone, but please make update of the app.

Welcome to the club.
Don't try with different cable or factory reset of the phone, the problem will be persist. DJI need to fix the app. When? Nobody know...  
I Sent Request to DJI support before month and a half, sent serial numbers of the drone and controller, app version, all the logs from the drone, phone firmware version, pictures and videos with the problem.

The problem still seems to be there. Mine is rubbish. Can't use my DJI Mavic 2 Pro anymore. So sad. Please fix DJI

My Mavic 2 Zoom worked fine with Samsung Galaxy S9+, bought a new Samsung Galaxy S21+ and now I am unable to fly my drone. Who would think that DJi will not be compatible with high end phones?

I tried almost everything. Changing codec, video frequency, video quality, cables, ports etc.

Yup. This group is growing day by day....

I've tried every single fix and even had a bloke on my post regarding this issue very confident that if i download the app from DJI instead of app store it 100% fixes this problem. Sadly that did not change anything, still unable to fly and now have 2 drone jobs i'm trying to delay as I can't do work with my MIni 2 it's hardly professional!!
Clearly they are very aware and also aware non of these fixes work, from different cables to downgrading software it's all pointless and changes nothing. If i can fly my mini 2 with this samsung phone i now regret upgrading too then why not the mavic 2 pro!!!!!

SO unbearably frustrating.

Please support M2P + Samsung S21 ultra on any of DJI apps . FLY, GO4, PILOT....anyone would do at this point

I am buying a new Apple Iphone 12. My Samsung S9+ was sold back to Samsung as part of their buy back campaign. Still deciding what to do with the Samsun S21+?

Same here! - no video transmission when using Samsung S21 Ultra.
All ok if I revert back to S20+....

Tested drone today with IPhone 12, no issue now.

Till now no Dji not fix this issue?!
I must use iPhone for using my drone.
