Any fix yet DJI ?

Unfortunately at June 24th the problem continues....
No image from S21 ultra.

In my s10+ the app works fine and I can fly with my drone, but with my s21ultra I cannot.

Two months and no answer from DJI software?

If you seriously want a resolution, IMHO the best approach is to either phone or email DJI at support@dji.com and request that they compile and release a new DJI Go 4 version that supports S21 ultra exynos . The more emails the better

The problems still exists. It's a sad there is No reaction from DJI.

PLEASE WAKE UP !!

Unfortunately, I have the same issue. I have no video transmission.
I wanted to make a nice scenery shot of a fortress, but only got one image in the transmission.
Mavic 2 Pro and Samsung Salaxy S21 Ultra 5G

I was scared for a second that the drone was broken, but in a way happy that it's 'just' an incompatibility issue.
Still able to fly with the drone, I have an iPhone 6 at the office and will use that until there is a solution with the S21.

I do have to defend DJI here and say that it's really difficult to keep hardware and software compatible, especially when companies like Samsung are pushing technology like they do with their phones.
Having that said, better communication from DJI would be great. A statusupdate, any help we can give, beta-testing, etc.

Same problem Mavic 2 Zoom app DJI Go 4 does not work with Samsung S21 Ultra.  Both should work together to fix the problem.

Same issue here... We also have the FPV drone and the inspire 2 and both of those work fine with the Samsung S21 Ultra, but for some reason not the Mavic Pro 2 in the DJI Go 4 app... Kinda weird that the others are fine just the mavic that isn't. Makes it seem like it should be an easy enough fix to just port however the inspire works over to the mavic software...

I am using Air2S and my phone is S21 Ultra. When I did the initial configuration, it worked fine. But when I tried to fly my first flight last night i faced the problem.

I have another backup handset with low configuration (Samsung A50). camera view worked there, but in S21 Ultra it did not work.

  

I have updated my S21 Ultra to Android 12 and now problem with Mavic 2 Pro gone. But... but I have same problem with my Mavic 3 (( exactly same problem now with DJI FLY App.

If you are Mavic 3 user please don't update Android to 12!

Why DJI has not warned us!? ((

I've updated the app from dji site directly
App version v4.3.46 Android
S21 ultra exynos doesn't freeze in live feed anymore
I m still on Android 11 and won't risk updating because it has taken DJI 1 year to release this update.

DJI go 4 is probably nearing EOL if the updates are so rare

I'm having the same problem on my Samsung S21 Ultra. I've had to dig out my old phone to fly the Mavic 2 z and DJI fpv. Pretty bummed!

Please try with the newest update of the Fly app
It is fixed

I got my new sumsung s21 ultra, after my last mobile died ona waterfall.

And now, apparently, following download of the dji go 4 for my macic pro 2 - it cannot even opened properly on my new mobile.

Any suggestions?

With dji go 4 app from dji site and s21 ultra exynos updated to Android 12, the problem seems to get solved. I'm finally enjoy in my m2P
