I'm in Australia.I crashed and damaged my Mini 2.

I've submitted a case to DJI, and have received the shipping label for where I need to send it.
(CAS-6212301-F7S1Q0)

But it is very unclear / confusing as to what I have to send back.
I read that in the case of a crash, there is no need to send the remote back. I read to remove the props. I also read that I shouldn't send non-faulty batteries back.

But in the email I recieved after I submitted my case, it states:
"You are also advised to send back the remote controller and battery/batteries involved in this crash accident."

It then also states:
"Note:
If you would like to use your DJI service plan for a replacement service, kindly please send the parts following the requirements in the list:
Parts for DJI Care Refresh/Plus: (FAQ: NO. 5)"
But that link doesn't "list' anything anywhere (especially not in FAQ #5).

So what am I sending back?
Just the damaged drone? (minus props)
The drone, props, controller and battery involved in the crash? (I'm honestly not sure which battery was being used at the time)
Or "everything" (all batteries, charger, spare props, bag etc...)

I have the "Refresh" plan, and I'm assuming repair with cost enough to warrant me using it.

Hi there. Sorry to be confused. If you would like to use your DJI Care service plan, send in your drone without the remote controller. Please send only the defective unit (drone) without the propellers. If your battery works fine, please don't send it. Thanks.
