I have opened a Case No: CAS-6236629-N3T7R9 for the DJI Care Refresh Express,
Already Paid sucessfully the fee for the replacement,
But i did not receive any confirmation e-mail for the case, and did not receive any UPS Shipping Labels into my e-mail.
