Is there any way I can change used items I purchased to show on my accout

Ok well that is something DJI needs to fix. I recently found a drone contacted DJI and got owners email to return the drone.  So if what you are telling me is correct then if I lost my drone and the person contacts you then the drone will get returned to the previous owner to which is not the correct person.
