Hi Everyone,

I just recently crashed my drone in to a tree and had to replace the Gimbal and Rear Arm. After making all the repairs I had to reprogram the Gimbal Vertical and Horizontal Axis which took care of the gimbal alignment issues but not the error codes.

The Error Codes I am seeing are:

• 40011- Gimbal calibration error.
• 40021-Gimbal IMU data error.
• 10017 Camera not calibrated.
  

Does anyone know how to reset these codes yet or if I mail the drone to DJI will they be able to reset the codes. Also, what is the turnaround time for DJI when it comes to this?

Do not know which error code it were with my mp, but similar text as I remember ... was a MP. I had to replace the IMU also - small board where the gimbal is connected. Good luck...

It would be best to contact our DJI support team at https://www.dji.com/support for us to be able to assist you further. We have a team that will do there best to assess the said DJI Drone and give out the best resolution for this issue. Just a reminder that  DJI do not recommend doing a DIY in fixing the said DJI drone to avoid further damaging the said unit and voiding the said warranty of the said DJI Drone as well.
