Can anyone confirm the below mentioned on dpreview,...... ie: RockSteady EIS (Mentioned 6 times in the review).


The camera on the Air 2S has a 20MP, 1”-type CMOS sensor, mounted on a 3-axis gimbal stabilized with the 'RockSteady' EIS system introduced on DJI’s FPV drone. It has a 22mm (equiv.) fixed-aperture F2.8 lens with an 88º FOV.

I have not seen this EIS mentioned anywhere else......

EIS, is just Electronic Image Stabilization. Osmo Action & the FPV drone both use this new version of EIS, as does the Air 2S.

Yes, I have a Osmo Action, And I can see that the FPV drone has this technology as well, But I have not seen that DJI have mention anywhere that the Air 2s has EIS.  Just in reviews of third parties.

Can a DJI Rep confirm that this is the case.
