i accidently crashed my mavic mini today

i went through the refresh process and and submitted my details

then after i found out that i can use the express service where i pay upfront so i have activated this service , is there anyway i can cancel the original request ?

Hi kernow666, thank you for reaching DJI Forum. I was able to pull up the case number using your DJI Forum email. Based on what I can see, there are 2 active cases, first one is for the regular repair process and second the case under DJI Care refresh express. For us to clarify, were you able to settle the payment when you undergo the request online? Please be advised that we can request to cancel the regular repair request, thank you.
