Hello DJI Team!

My joustick sticks, when i pan it to the left or right (that means that when I release a joystick, it does not return to a netural position, it stays off-centered which causes the gimbal to continue panning). This replicates only for movement of joystick to the left and right. When I tilt gimbal with joystick - joystick returns to the center and there is no ongoing drift.

I see that Ronin App detects this problem.
It shows me the following message: "Joystick error detected. Run Auto Tune for joystick"





I was searching official manual/google/youtube/forums  and I haven't found how can I auto tune the joystick.
Mu filmware is up to date, I have recalibrated Ronin many times, I have even ayto tuned Joint Angle (for Ronin S this may be a solution for a similar problem)

Can you please advise how this problem should be fixed?

i have the exact same issue, besides I have the problem only when i push the joystick to the right. Is there any solution for this?

I have contacted DJI support and was advised to send it for a repair. Dji have repaired it within 1-2 weeks and returned to me.
