Hello, I'm new to the OM4, I've installed everything and I'm making my first attempts with the gimbal. Now! I can take photos with the shutter button but when I switch to filming, I cannot switch the camera on and off with the shutter button, but on the phone, I can. What am I doing wrong or what have I set incorrectly by mistake?

Hi, Oldbone. Thanks for reaching out and posting your concern. If you're still encountering the same issue, might as well try and reset the DJI OM4's Bluetooth by pressing the M button, shutter button, and trigger simultaneously to reset the Bluetooth connection. The Bluetooth connection is reset successfully when the system status indicator turns from green to yellow. Another thing that you can do is to perform a Network Reset on your mobile device but please be advised that it'll reset Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
