Hi,
You can simply try to glue the piece back together with epoxy glue. Or make a new one with a 3D printer, by cutting a piece of plastic... This way you prevent a potential contact between the two points. If the piece of plastic comes off when you insert it, you won't be able to insert your battery properly.
But more generally, a shocked lipo battery can be potentially dangerous. When recharging, you have to take precautions to avoid a fire. As for flying the Mavic with it, I can't give you a formal opinion. Personally, if the shock was not too big, I would do a charge cycle while watching that everything is going well. If so, then I will do a small test flight in a secure area.
Up to you ! You can also send it to DJI for repair, but since it is out of warranty, it will be probably cheaper and safer to buy a new one.
