It is only a matter of time before the M3P launches but I highly doubt it will have motors facing down, that could cause Skydio to possibly sue Dji.

And how the hell is that keeping the props out of the camera view?  Another thing, the Skydio 2 has the battery on the bottom to make for a "usable" landing platform because of the bottom props (but not in unstable environments). The diagrams show the DJI battery remaining on top with the main frame remaning the same. Several things are "not lining" up there. Hand launch and land only like Skydio recommends? I'm not buying it (figuratively and literally).

This could be nothing but a patent challenge by DJI.

They already have upside props on some of the huge commercial drones.
