Order # 0017899019870 (FPV Combo, AND Mavic Air 2S fly more kit) has been in Memphis since Saturday April 24th and it is currently Tuesday night (27th).  Status has said both packages are [color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.85)]International shipment release - Import.  Spoke with FedEx (finally was able to speak to a human) and they stated both packages have cleared customs are delayed by weather.  Current forcast is clear and sunny.  I join many others on this forum in frustration.  I request someone check the status of my shipments.  I am not impressed with DJI customer service.  It seems the only way for "us" to contact anyone at DJI with issues reguarding our shipments is via these forums.  Thank you for any assistance.
