I've been waiting six weeks now for delivery of my Phantom 3 Advanced.
Just called my dealer (again) and this time was told DJI is no longer making the Advanced available because of "lack of demand."
That's what the dealer has been told.
Only the Professional version is being shipped, they said.
Anybody know anything about this?

They won't ship from the US to Canada.

The "Ships To" column shows where the seller will ship to. Some sellers are only shipping to the US. There are others who will ship to Canada though.

just ordered one from drones plus LA. Very good and friendly. Dont order from the toronto location its cheaper just to convert usd to cad by buying from the la location

No, but your dollar is very strong on world markets right now. Low oil prices are hurting the Canadian dollar, so making it expensive for us.

When I clicked buy, price for the combo, with backpack and extra battery, worked out to $1925 Canadian dollars.

Price is still shown as $1899 for the combo you were looking for and is in stock now. They're based in Alberta, so no provincial sales tax is added. Just GST. (I'm from BC so it saved me a couple of hundred dollars) You get free shipping in Canada, too, as well as reward points that you can use towards buying other stuff (like additional props, which is what I spent mine on. Saved $15).
Good luck, and like others have said, buy now before the price goes up.

Thanks for your help with this. I did order through the supplier in Calgary and the item arrived within three days. I called Staples to cancel my order and they still didn't have a date from DJI when to expect a shipment from them. These things are suffering either from over-demand or under-supply.

Anyway - I'm flying now. Much appreciated!
