Hi,

I recently noticed that my dji mini 2 gimbal has scratches on the sides and under it. Is it normal? I am asking this because I don’t expect new product to have scratches. It just caught my eye. I have used it twice and there weren’t any incidents. Does anyone knows if it’s normal for the gimbal to have scratches ?

Mine doesn't have any scratches on it.  You sure that is not a returned drone or refurbished?

Thank you for checking with me on this. Yes, I verified with the support person and confirmed that it was a new drone. Based on my DJI refresh replacement DJI sent a new replacement drone.
Very pleased with the support on this. A very happy customer right now.
