Hi I recently filled filled out a repair request for my Mavic air that was crashed. After about a week I finally got an update and was quoted for a repair. I don’t understand why they are asking me to pay over $100 when I paid for DJI Care Refresh which I supposed to be under around $80 no matter what happens to the drone. There was gps during the crash and it was shown in the data analysis. I think there was a mix up somehow and I am being treated as though I don’t have the DJI care refresh. Does anyone have have an idea where to go from here
