Hello everyone,

I've been flying my DJI mini 2 for the past couple of days now. I've been having issues with the quality of the footage. Here's an example:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G4aUTNRO-gI

The drone footage looks fine on the DJI Fly app and in the gallery on my phone, but as soon as I want to take look at the videos on the SD card on my computer it looks very pixelated (read terrible) as soon as I start moving my drone a bit faster. The video above was shot in 4K at 30fps on auto-mode. The SD card inside the drone is a SanDisk Micro SDXC Extreme, 128 GB, 160MB/s.
Can someone help me with this problem and make my drone footage look as it's supposed to be?

Thanks in advance!

Hi, Katnip003. Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to read about the difficulties you're encountering. We'd like to check further about the issue you have submitted. We suggest that you upload a sample copy of the 4k video you took and upload it to either DropBox or GoogleDrive so we can inspect it properly. In addition, we suggest that you also do various tests in different video resolutions to confirm if it will only apply to specific video resolutions. Thank you and looking forward to your response.

Thanks for your reply.

I added the samply copy of the 4K video on dropbox for you to look into:

I'll try and do different tests in different resolutions to see if that makes any difference.

Thanks in advance!

Upon checking, the images, when the aircraft is stationary is sharp although we cannot confirm yet whether this is caused by the composition of the place you're shooting. By any chance, do you have other videos that you shoot in a different place? If you do, we suggest also upload it to further confirm if this is normal or not.

Here's another example of my drone footage the day after in a different place. This is another video in 4K at 30 fps.

It does seem to happen mostly when I start rotating left or right (too quickly?) or moving the gimbal up and down.

I will try and shoot in different video resolutions whenever I get the chance.

Here's another video where you can see the same thing happening as soon as I start rotating.

We recommend adjusting your Yaw Rotation Speed and Yaw Rotation Smoothness that can be found under Control > Advanced Gimbal Settings then see if that would improve the video result.
