After 3 years I decided to give DJI once last try so I decided to purchase the Air 2s.

Login in via the app says Check Network... I am on a 200mbs connection, go figured.
Creating a new account, not possible it just stays Loading... Loading...


This is not a good user experience, I still can't recommend DJI to anyone, horrible.

Hi there, I am sorry for the trouble this has caused, and thank you for reaching out. There are few ways to check out the problem as follows:
1: Make sure your DJI fly has been authorized the access to the mobile internet, and try to switch the Wifi to 4G data
2: If it has been authorized, please try to log in on our DJI Official website to see how it is going.
3: Try to change your code on the log-in page.
4: Please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Fly application from this DJI link https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-fly and check whether that could resolve your issue.
