Do you updated your dji flight app and the MM? Did you calibrate the compass and the IMU? Which frequency did u use, 2,4Ghz or 5,8Ghz?
everything is calibrated and the frequency is sent to automatic
Hi, KE8RAS. Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to read about the difficulties you're encountering. We suggest that you update or refresh your Mavic Mini's firmware via the DJI Assistant 2 For Mavic. Once done, perform both IMU and Compass calibration before doing a test flight.

im pretty sure they would want to replace it again and i don't wont to pay 49 for a new one
I have an idea. Make a video, set it on youtube and send the dji support the video link and a picture of your bill from the dji care refresh. Then the will see the failure and mayby they send you a new drone.
So lemme get this straight....Uhmm, we already bought Care Refresh for $39 and when we send the drone back for a replacement we need to pay an additional $49 to get another one??
