Just purchased brand new Inspire 2, and trying to purchase the refresh, as well as register on FAADronezone (I am 107), but the Refresh site says the serial number doesn't exist, and the FAADroneZone site says it's invalid. I used the number under the QR on the right bottom side (if looking from behind drone) as well as the number under the QR on the left side. So far no serials on the drone are working. The serial in the about on the crystalsky drone section matches the number on the left side under the QR - 0A0LJ1J009001Q

I just got my drone friday night and have the same issue... Hopefully I can work it out monday morning!

updated to the most recent firmware. Not sure how that would effect the DJI refresh and FAA sites on the serial. I ended up just choosing not equipt with remote ID / Traditional UAS on the FAA site and putting in the proper serial. Will sort it out by 2023 I suppose. Missed out on the Refresh either way since I activated it and the DJI site couldn't validate the serial w/in 48hrs...

Yes, and which version do you have on it exactly?
Would be nice if you could give the firmware number.

Hey, Talked to support. I had to purchase through an autorized dealer instead of the dji website. They gave hey gave me an exemption on the 48h rule.

I did, I bought my inspire from the dji website but had to buy my Care refresh through an authorized dealer. Then I sent my activation codes to the DJI support. I am still waiting for the confirmation but it should be OK. Call or write them now and explain the situation. This is honestly very annoying should have taken me 2 minutes.

I received it on friday night and i activated it. It wasnt able to reach anyone from dji until monday morning. So it was more than 48h
