Dear DJI,

Blackmagic Design just recently released their new camera firmware V7.3, for Pocket 4K/6K. Unfortunately they also probably changed the communication ways with gimbals, so any gimbals out now can't control the camera until a new firmware for the gimbals addresses this.

Please, make an update.

After updating the cameras to the new firmware, the stabilizer stopped controlling the camera. the gimbal is no longer wired to the camera. Need new firmware for RS2.

yes, now it's DJI's turn, as BMD won't change it anymore

Waiting on this since I have 2 of BM cams effected.

I'm longing to upgrade my BMPCC4K  for the new functions 7.3 gives, but I'm holding off because the Ronin does not support the new firmware. Frustrating. BM have been in contact with DJI AFAIK (I read it somewhere on the BM forums).

DJI ignores us. Wrote in support. No answer. Has anyone answered from the support?

DJI have released a beta firmware for the Ronin with support for the new BM firmware. It works, I've tested it. See thread: https://forum.dji.com/forum.php? ... D561%26typeid%3D561

DJI as usual sleeps !!!! € 1000 for ronin rs2 and with BMPCC 4K upgrade (1 months ago) DJI don't work for woprking FW version..
