I have the DJI mini 2 and I experienced a crash after a signal loss. This occured when landing, was bout 6 feet in the air and suddenly flew sideways into a pile of firewood. Theres no visable damage but now the gimbal indicates its stuck and won't calibrate. Occasionaly it does calibrate but most often I get the error mesage that the gimbal is stuck and overloaded. Can I fix this myself or does the drone need to be returned. The loss of signal is a bigger issue I need to resolve as well.

Hi, ThreeStar. Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry to read about the problem you're encountering. We suggest that you check if there's anything that could be blocking the gimbal which could be causing the calibration failure. If there's none and that the calibration fails always, it is recommended that you return the product back to our Service Center for further checking.

There isn’t anything blocking the gimbal at least as far as I can see.  It seems to rotate freely.
