Bump for exposure. I just bought both and am totally bummed the C70 doesn’t work.

Still no fix for this? I just got a C70 and tested it out on my rs2 only to find out its not fully compatible. Not much info on this which is annoying.

16 months later - still no feedback from DJI … most likely they are soon releasing RS3 - highly Customer unfriendly company

I sold my Ronin just out of frustration with the FX6. At least I know that if I buy crane3 what I will get. It is a shame but this I can no longer support - and I won't, no matter what they are offering next.

That is true! But it fits on far better and I don't have to deal with DJIs ignorance anymore.

Yeah I guess that is true. It still takes the bigger payload.

Today the RS3 has bebt released

It is totally annoying and rediculus. Shame on DJI!
Lauching RS3 with again mentioning compatibility with Canon C70 (and showcasing this Camera in DJI‘s Promotion Video) is unbelivable.
18 !!!! Month we are now waiting for the RS2 fix to Support the Canon C70! Nothing has been done from DJI… Launching RS2 the Canon C70 has also been on the compatibility list, a few weeks laterthe C 70 has been deleted on this list …

Yep, I saw the RS3 promos today...showing a C70 on board.  
But check this out... the RS2 compatibility list now includes the C70.

WTF??  Has something changed in a new FW release? (I don't really want to unpack my RS2 and set everything up just to check the available FW).

It does indeed list the RS2 having compatibility with the C70, but the link is invalid: https://www.dji.com/support/compatibility/rs-2/eosc70

I do not get a new FW available information after turning on the RS2-  is there a new camara connection available (as indicated from DJI 18 months ago)?
Did someone make a test if C70 is working now without camera freeze issue? What is the reason behind in case of hopefully fixing the issue ? (FW Update?)

So today (June17) the DJI website DOES NOT include the C70 on the RS2 compatibility list.
Sooooo STUPID!!

Could anyone of The DJI Support staff precisely comment on this?

YES, DJI has removed the C70 once again … (only 2 days after including the C70 on the compatibility list)

DEAF F-ING EARS!!!   RIDICULOUS!!!

After speaking with DJI, I was told that the RS2 is not compatible with my C70. I could not operate the C70 using the RS@ camera control system. The newer RS3 however, is compatible.

That’s what we already know since 2 years …

This is a typically Chinese way of doing things. Just ignore people who have issues with your product.

DJi  are a disgrace.

Found this statement by DJI on the web recently. I was posted over a year ago. Still no solution? —
Additional statement from DJI: C70 is currently not compatible on the RS2 as the USB-C Cable is not supportive by this model - we are working on with the third party to make compatible cable to support the C70." May 2, 2021

I spoke with so many DJI Staff in the last 2 years - they have never been working on this!

I just purchased the DJI RS3 Pro stabilizer. I have it connected to a Canon C70. The camera control cable is very limited and it is not compatible with the latest C70 firmware v1.0.4.1. Nothing works! When will DJI offer the RS3 Pro firmware update that gives full control of the Canon C70?
