Wish for 50fps in PAL

I wish I could have 50fps for PAL but there is only 25fps. In NTSC you can have 60fps.
Reason is that it is very dificult to get a smooth video when panning if you only have 25fps. You have to pan very slow and then that does
not look so god. If you can have 60fps in NTSC, why not 50fps for PAL? If the hardware on he Mavic 2 Pro can handle NTSC 60fps, why not
50fps for PAL. Is the difference too much for M2P harware to handle? Perhaps DJI could look in to this and if a nogo, then I hope this will
be includeed in the M3P?

PAL/NTSC are meaningless analogue conventions these days.
If you want 60fps just set it to NTSC and work through it in post.

Thanks Gnirts and I understand now. It is all digital today. I got confused with Stewart Carrolls Drone Film Guide Nov 17 2019 https://dronefilmguide.com/mavic-2-pro-best-settings-video/ where he mentions on page 3 about PAL and NTSC and where he says that if you are in a NTSC country give 25fps a miss, as that is for Europe.

He has some useful stuff on the channel but ny no means all.

Its a throwback to old days and really isnt relevant any more.

As someone said above, Rec.709 is digital standard anyway and frame rate can be changed/adjusted on a whim.  It'll play at whatever its exported as by default.
