Basically it doesn't exist, the one that came with the Wireless Mic slipped off on Day 1 and I cannot find it. Either make it so it doesn't slip off easily or offer replacements. Between this and the broken face tracking I'm not impressed with the Pocket 2.

It was attached properly, myself and many others are having a problem with the windscreen slipping off easily and you don't sell replacement windscreens. The windscreen was placed on the Pocket 2 and I put it into a side pocket on my backpack, I went to retrieve it from a later and it was gone and nowhere to be found. That means something simply rubbed against it gently (I don't even recall rubbing up against anything) that managed to pull the wind-sock right off very easily.

If your wind-sock was designed properly it would still be on the Wireless Mic and others wouldn't be reporting the same problem.
And I've already emailed them concerning this issue and the dead pixel in my DJI FPV goggles twice, and I haven't received an email reply in over 4 days now (to my initial email concerning the dead pixel in the FPV goggles). Since you work for DJI I'm confident you can deduce my idenity considering my identity is connected to my purchase history and email account but I will paste the contents of my last email to customer support below.

I have three problems with my order.
1. I have a dead pixel in the left screen of the DJI FPV Googles.
2. There is no Android version of your DJI Virtual Flight app and so I can't even practice Manual mode before destroying the drone in real life.
