Im having an issue with my Mavic Mini Live Video on my Samsung S21.

I download the DJI Fly app (and updated it) onto my new Phone and connected my phone to the RC and then connected to my drone. The live video wasn't showing, but when I took a picture it showed up in my library. All the functions work, it can fly, gymbal will move and settings can be changed. Just no Live Video.

I connected my old phone (Samsung A70) the same way as my new phone and the video was showing up on the A70.

Im just confused as to why it won't show up on a newer phone.

Anyone have any insight on the issue? I'd greatly appreciate the help.

If the problem continued, please let us know if there's any error or warning prompting in the DJI Fly. Uploading a screenshot might help.

Ok I'll give that link a try when i get home from work.

Here's what i have for screen shots. No errors.

This is a screen shot with my new phone of the app. (Running fine, just no live feed)

The picture with the controller is my old phone working fine.

But ill let you know how it turns out when i get home, thanks for your help.

Hi Kyle, I have the same issue with the DJI Fly app, after updating from version 1.3.0 to 1.4.0 I lost the live stream from the drone.

I tried the link that Jonny007 gave me in a previous post and it worked. I downloaded the older version 1.3.0. and it works fine.

I had the same issue with my Samsung S21 Ultra 5G.  I was offered a new DJI app this morning, and it has resolved the issue.  It is 1.4.8
