Just bought a Mini 2 and my phone is an LG V30, and found out my phone is not compatible. is there any way to make it compatible
or did I just spend a bunch of money for nothing?

Read elsewhere that at least for one guy , using the power cord that came with the phone to connect to the remote worked. Cable provided by Dji prevented the LG v30 entering thetering mode.

If the problem continued, please let us know if there's any error or warning prompting in the DJI Fly. Uploading a screenshot might help.

On another note, please be advised that the LG V30 isn't currently listed in the Supported Mobile Devices list of the DJI Fly.

I did load the app into my LG V30 and have been out 2 times with the mini 2 and everything seems to work so far and did the up dates also
