dji GO app will not connect to osmo mobile

Hi

I can´t establish connection in the dji GO app to my dji osmo mobile (first version). In the phone's setup I can see that the Bluetooth connection between the phone and the dji osmo mobile is enabled and I can se that it works, but the app does not connect. I get a message to enable Bluetooth?! What’s wrong?

I use iPhone 7 plus with IOS ver 14.5.1 and dji GO ver. 3.1.68. (latest software versions).

I am grateful for any help.

Hello there Anders. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI go application on the said mobile device or kindly please try using a different mobile as well for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Thank you.
