so i recently upgraded my mavic pro's firmware - at the end of the process the battery became unusable. I ordered a replacement battery. A few months later, the same happened again. I find myself with two unusable batteries although i didn't do anything wrong - i sent them back to DJI: here's the response: "intelligent flight battery defective" and a price for "repair" of 296€ - that's more than the cost of purchasing 2 brand new batteries (278€ incl shipping) !!!
@DJI can you please tell me it's an error ? I didn't do anything wrong, your software update is flawed & killed my batteries - there's no reason why I would have to pay for these 2 batteries, let alone pay more than the price of the new ones !
