Firmware VS Fly Safely Data (Error) is what I am about to explain what these are and hopefully this will make it easier for those that are asking for a downgrade.
Firmware is a small piece of software that makes hardware work as its manufacturer intended it to. It consists of programs written by software developers to make hardware devices "tick." Without firmware, most of the electronic devices we use daily wouldn't be able to work. They would not do anything. For example, did you know that a simple traffic light has firmware on it? Yes, it does, and the firmware is what tells it to change the lights at regular intervals. Without firmware, the traffic light would be just a "stupid" mast, placed on the side of the road, doing nothing except looking bored. What is firmware in the case of less sophisticated hardware devices such as traffic lights, washing machines, card machines, surveillance cameras, and TVs? The firmware is all the software on them, also acting as their operating system and controlling everything about those devices’ functioning. To make things even clearer, let's take another example: a computer motherboard without firmware would not know how to detect the hard drive or the video card found inside your computer. If your hard drives didn't have firmware embedded in them, they wouldn't know how fast to spin or when to stop. A wireless network card wouldn't know how to use a particular radiofrequency for connecting to Wi-Fi. We often tend to think about a hardware device as a device that is just hardware. And we assume that it just works by itself. However, almost none of the modern hardware devices would work without this particular software written directly onto them.

Aircraft safety: Aviation safety means the state of an aviation system or organization in which risks associated with aviation activities, related to, or in direct support of the operation of aircraft, are reduced and controlled to an acceptable level. It encompasses the theory, practice, investigation, and categoriztion of flight failure, and the prevention of such failures through regulation, education, and training. It can also be applied in the context of campaigns that inform the public as to the safety of air travel.
FIRMWARE: If you have a malfunction on a hardware? Downgrade for firmware is possible... Looking back at the firmware updates, not many firmware updates will change unless they decided to upgrade our components we have (AKA to make it better) and if you don't see any changes on our firmware update but you did get an update, take note that FLY SAFELY DATABASE is changing more often than firmware updates. Firmware updates is just a backpack to upload for FLY SAFELY DATABASE which changes often. FLY SAFELY DATA: This is a data information for flight zoning, mapping, law information for aviation aircrafts. This is not possible for a downgrade since rules can not be downgrade. This can take a lot longer to be updated due to air control rules they have to follow.
If any DJI drones have the same FLY SAFELE DATABASE ERROR, will not be able to start the motor due to corrupted file. BUT YOU CAN START YOUR MOTOR IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE SIGNAL FROM A SATELLITE which can be done inside a basement or some sort of closed environment area. (Take off with caution)
Manual FPV! made drones can take off without issues because they do not have the same FLY safely database as DJI has...
