Hi guys, i like to test a couple of arms from a dji mavic mini. What is the voltage from the motors? I think the red wire is + pol and the black one is - pol, the white is for data right?

No, the motors do not operate that way. You need to supply them with a multi-phase drive from a proper Electronic Speed Controller. You cannot use straight DC.
