Thank you, DJI! I will install it tomorrow.

Hope DJI is also working also on a new Inspire 2 firmware, because the latest one is dangerous as you can loose control of the aircraft without being able to return control, and it is supposed to fix a dangerous issue with the previous firmware. So we only have the choice between two dangerous firmwares...

Seems to work! I've only tested a little while, though.

The beta firmware didn't change anything else besides camera control. If you go back to your previous firmware is your focus motor working?

Everything started working back for me with the .02 update, the record button and the focus button too.

Can't seem to download the hot fix. When will this fix be coming to a regular RSC2 Pro firmware update? Or is there any way to downgrade from 7.3 firmware on the BMPCC4k?

Everything works well! Both record button and focus wheel – fine!

remove 7.3 setup -  download 6.9.6 >install and connect your camera

Hello. On my DJI app, when I click on Firmware it doesn't allow me to click on any of the options i.e. App Version, Firmware, RavenEye, IMU, GCU....

From that, I can't downgrade to try and get my record button to work.

I have a DJI RS-2 w/ BMPCC6k.

Advice?

Downgraded .02 and now the record button works on the main handgrip , but not on the remote cabled hand grip. . Can't DJI just fix this issue and be done with it?

do you have also the latest firmware on your hand grip and camera?

beta 004 is available

better support for some steadycam units (tilta float,  . . . )

I tried Beta 004 on my Steadycam.

- we still cannot deactivate the PAN and / or TILT motor


There is a Steadycam function:: panning is better but it is REALLY not enough for fast movements.
The tilt is unchanged and too smooth.
We need a fully locked down system for to be used on a Steadycam.

I have tried all firmware (01,02,04).
No one works with my bmpcc 6k with firmware 7.3.1
On 02 firmware rec button is working and if i change wheel to iso or aperture it works also. But focus is not working.
Returned back to 6.9.6 on bmpcc.

Wait for firmware that will fix focus wheel.

first there is no 7.3.1 firmware for the 6k > only for the 6k pro

for me, beta 002 give me focus wheel control for all of my sigma art, canon EF and tokina pro II lenses
on my 4k with metabones cine and also my 6k pro

Downgraded to .02 firmware and all aspects seems to be functioning correctly with the bmpcc 6k pro 7.3.1 update. Cheers
