1. Beta firmware is not yet fully tested and is mainly used to gather feedback prior to regular release. This enables users to be involved with the development process and for any necessary changes to be made prior to the regular release schedule.

The beta firmware and all related services are provided "AS IS" and, to the maximum extent allowable under law, DJI disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, DJI does not warrant that operation of the beta firmware will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the beta firmware will be compatible with any products including designated DJI product models.

DJI will not be liable to you for any personal injury, property damage, lost profits, cost of substitute goods, loss of data or any other form of direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages from any causes of action arising out of or related to this agreement or the beta firmware, whether arising in tort (including negligence), contract, strict liability or otherwise, whether or not DJI has been advised of the possibility of those damages.

4. If you find any abnormality when using the beta firmware, we recommend that you take the following steps:

a. Send feedback on the problems you encounter. You may contact us through our firmware release channel (whether DJI’s Official Forum, or the Official DJI RS2/RSC2 Owners Facebook Group);

b. It’s possible to downgrade to a previous version of the official firmware. Set the gimbal to sleep mode, go back to the homepage of the App, and click the upgrade notice. The original gimbal firmware should then be restored.
