DJI,

My Mavic Air 2 won't power up.  The battery has a fresh charge.  Yes, I'm holding the button down as opposed to just pushing it.  Yes, the 4 green lights come on when I just push it.

I've tried removing the battery and reinstalling it.  No help.

The last time I flew was about 5 months ago.  It flew perfect, never had any issues.  Now I'm dead.

Close this issue.  I just started working.  I think I wasn't pushing the buttons correctly.

Hello there Karl. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused before and it is great to know that you were able to sort the issue out. Just a reminder to kindly please press the power button of the DJI Mavic Air 2 briefly and release it, then press it again and hold it on until the four green LEDs come on. Glad to hear you fixed it. Remember that the startup sequence is TAP once, and then TAP and HOLD for 3-4 seconds.
