Is it normal for the download through the controller to be slow? 32Gb after 2 minutes was still at 1%.  Stopped it. I'll pull the SD card and try again.

For us to clarify, was it all videos or mixed with photos? In addition, may we know what mobile device you are using? Thank you.

It was one video file, galaxy tab s4.

It could be the file is too large to fit into the memory space of your phone.
