I have a DJI Smart Controller, and the 5D button is missing, not sure if it fell out.

Has anybody any experience of getting these repaired / or where I can get a replacement button?

I did raise a case, but awaiting a response to me submitting the serial do (now done). CAS-6381123-Z3F0P2

I use this for business, so looking for the quickest solution

I've heard a lot of complaining of them replying a lot late nowadays.
