You may submit an online repair request via our website (https://repair.dji.com/repair/index) or contact our support team via http://www.dji.com/support to create a case and then send it to DJI's official repair center for service. A proper solution will be provided based on the diagnosis result.
By the way, DJI Care Refresh + provides a second year of after-sales services, you may check it via this website: https://www.dji.com/service/djicare-refresh-plus/info#faq to see if your drones meet the purchase conditions or not. Hope this helps.
Hmm does DJI Care Refresh + work for the 3rd or 4th year? what about 6 or 7 years down the road? I have been known to hang onto electronics for YEARS and want to use them... but this is still purely hypothetical conversation |
