I bought my drone to use GSPro, once I bought it I learned that that the software is not compatable with the smart controller that was part of the package.No where was there warnings of what was usable or not with the software. This should be very visable for first time buyers to see.The use of the software is critical for my purpose of buying the drone.

I have asked in multiple emails for the sku or order form or how I can buy a new controller (standard) so I can use an iPad for the software.
It suprises me that now three weeks of emails I am being ignored.
Why would you not be able to buy a controller?
Can some one help me if you now where to by a new DJI standard controller.
Does anyone know a better way to contact DJI other than the normal support email?
